I have four children so our weekly shopping list is quite long. My wife and I both have the paid version on our phones. When we do our shopping she starts at one end of the store and I start at the other which cuts our shopping time in half. It would be nice however if the items that we check off the list move to the bottom so that we don’t have to scroll up and down to see if we missed something. Nice app so far – Keep up the good work.
I have ony just installed the app on a small tablet and I wil upgrade to the full paid app shortly on my phone.
What woud like to see in the app is where I enter the items into a master list. The app then does a price search and the app then creates seperate shopping lists for the shops with the best prices.
We will consider adding price search feature going forward. In the meantime, the Price Compare feature anticipated in the next release will allow comparing prices in phone’s shopping lists.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you again.
I am writing because My husband linked his phone to my mighty grocery account approximately a month ago. We noticed today that a few items I added (starred) to the favorites list didn’t appear on his list. I suspect it’s because I have added them to the favorites list after we linked them. He is missing many items I have added to my favorites list. Is this the problem? How do we fix this?
It sounds like your Favorites list might not be synced between your phones even though you are using the same account. To protect your privacy, please contact me at hi@mightypocket.com providing your account id so we could take a closer look.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you again.
My husband linked his acccount with mine approximately a month ago. Since then I have added some items to my favorites list but they havn’t synced. Am I doing something wrong?
Hi
I am from Norway and would like to use the voice reconnection. What i would like is for me to enter the name in Norwegian, then speak the word and then it would be associated to that text I entered. So the next time i speak that word it will be added to my list.
Is this possible?
Good afternoon.
Forgive me for my English, I write in Russian, translate google-translator.
I purchased your program, I really like.
But the main thing that I need and I could not do it:
so my wife through the web interface could easily make a shopping list, simply mark the mouse required items from the catalog (but not the keyboard), and the list would appear on my phone. This is possible now? How do I do?
Kindly note that adding items on Mighty Grocery Basic Web UI is only possible using keyboard. It will be possible to add items using mouse in the next version of Web UI which is anticipated soon.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you again.
Hi Ute, thanks for your feedback. Kindly note that we plan on integrating with barcoo, but it all depends whether they will expose their data to 3rd parties like Mighty Grocery.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you again.
I downloaded the trial version on my xoom from the internet, then bought the full version through PayPal. Now I am not able to do the upgrade through android market because it thinks I did not buy the full version. What should I do?
Kindly note that you will be getting updates to your Special Edition of Mighty Grocery through our site. The new version is available in Downloads section right away and can be downloaded manually. Otherwise automatic update feature will notify you about new update in a couple of days.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
Hello,
I am trying to find a way that I can copy recipes from one website and paste it to yours (under a “my account” setting) and then sync it with my phone that way I am not wasting time adding every single thing by hand into my phone.
Hi Krystal, thank you for your interest in our app and your question.
Unfortunately, there is no way to sync recipes yet. We plan on adding this feature later. In the meantime it is possible to sync shopping lists between handsets and the website.
Krystal, to login to the My Mighty Grocery site you can use Account ID or Email and password for account created in the app under Menu –> Settings –> Accounts. Please see Sync with cloud User’s Guide for more details.
I am using the recipe feature to add ingredients to my shopping lists. If more than one recipe have an ingredient in common (eggs, for example), should it update the quantity in the shopping list? I can’t figure this out. I had one recipe that required 4 eggs and another that required 13 eggs. I added both ingredient lists to my shopping list, but only the 4 eggs showed up. I was hoping it would show 17 eggs.

Hi John, thanks so much for your feedback and your comment.
You may want to try the “Move cart items down” option under Menu –> Settings –> Options. Hopefully it will work for you.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi Tom, thanks for your question.
Unfortunately, assigning voice label to a product is not possible yet. However we may consider adding this feature going forward.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you again.

I like Mighty grocery. However, the barcode scanner in Germany is almost unusable.
An implementation of the barcoo-scanner would be desirable.
Best regards,
Ute
